This movie beat out Tarantino for best picture? You have to be joking. It's not a particularly gripping story at all, weak on the scale of got you endings.
But for most people who are used to watching super hero movies I guess this would seem like genius.
Filling 2 hours with incomplete and not particularly great storylines for a big ending is not revolutionary. Hollywood has done a version of this many times. And in this movie who really cares who lives or dies? None of them are worthy of caring about. The first 2 hours are just filler for the payoff.
Rent 1995s the Usual Suspects and tell me which movie you will not be able to wait till you watch again.
