Very suspenseful, enjoyable. Josh Harnett is mesmerizing as lead character. Saleka (M. Night Shyamala daughter) does excellent acting, singing. Alison Pill is great as the wife of lead character. Nice songs too. One of my favorite movies of 2024.

Sooo many angles to this movie, for this viewer. We're first introduced to this pastoral setting of family, at a pond; later in this expansive family home. Then we learn the father is a German Officer stationed at Auschwitz Concentration Camp. As the film unfolds, we frequently see smoke from the Auschwitz camp and faint screams, cries; occasional gun shots. Hitlers name is evoked at times. This a film about the extermination of war prisoners, without direct focus on the cruelty. Sandra Hueller is almost unrecognizable, after being seen in Anatomy Of A, Fall, with an excellent performance. Christian Friedel is outstanding as the camp Officer, husband, father. . The ending scenes bring seemingly ordinary clothing and personal items, showing the magnitude of the extermination. A thought provoking and unique film.

Brilliant depiction of LGBTQAI life in the US, during many turbulent, dangerous for LGBTQAIs Eras (McCarthey Era, AIDs epidemic). Matt Bomer gives his best performance as the mesmerizing and sensitive Hawk.The Hawk and Skippy love story, for this movie lover, is one for the ages. The final episode at the original AIDs quilt in Washington, is deeply moving. A landmark LGBTQAI movie for all.

I saw it at the IMAX. Great production, astonishing images. Timothee Chalamet gives a great, believable lead performance. Rebecca Ferguson excels as his mother. The great Jason Isaac and Mr Chalamet have great, totally believable father-son chemistry. Jason Momoa steals every scene he is in.. I found this movie engrossing from beginning to ending. My 2nd favorite movie of 2021. Plan to buy 4K blu ray steelbox version in January 2022.

Great set design, engrossing story. And awe inspiring action, stunts. Tom Cruise saves Hollywood again!! Highly recommended.
