Running deck broke after year and a bit. Lucky was under warranty so an engineer came round to replace it. Took about 3 months for them to do it though. Running deck then broke again a year later. Not under original warranty so when I rang up they declined replacing it again even though that part had only been new for a year. Apparently repairs only come with a 3 month warranty. Quoted me £200 to repair it. Declined. Felt it was a joke that the same part broke twice roughly both a year apart. Poor quality in my opinion rather than coincidence. Also the fan they advertise with this machine is irrelevant, it’s the weakest fan you’d ever feel, you can’t feel any air coming out unless you put your hand over it from 1 centimetre away.
