He wabbles way too much, the first episode shows The Penguin as soft, I am uninvested in the character, and I'm not interested in the story.

I was an interesting movie but the ending made it seem cheap and I found it annoying.

It's hard to watch.. Maybe they should of made a movie and not a TV series. Poorly casted and not very good acting. They seem to struggle in the writing department also.
