Beautiful to the eye, but for the ear, not so much. It has memorable, unique characters. Mirabel, the main character, is a misfit who is left out but has a great attitude. The best character however is Mirabel’s Uncle Bruno but he’s not introduced till the movie is half over. Plot meanders and the only tension is between Mirabel and her sister and that is weak at best.
