A complete wastage of time and money and incredulous efforts by the makers trying to test the patience of the audience 1. The film lacked a concrete storyline with no focus on the plot. 2. Development of plot and crisis was quick but the screenplay lost direction. 3. The sub-plots and background stories failed to establish real connections amongst themselves and to the main plot an 3. All characters had no strong standing in the story. It's seemed like much ado about nothing. The protagonist as played by Alia Bhatt was very poorly portrayed. Alia being the best in her business had set my expectations very high but this time she selected a very poor script. 4. The run time was unnecessarily long as it seemed that the makers were themselves confused about what they wanted to bank upon. If the makers could themselves be sure, the film could have been a Dusshera Gift to the audiences who simply regretted their decision. 5. Vedang raina looked promising as a new comer. Alia however is a gifted actress and managed to pull her part with finesse. Nevertheless the character itself lacked a proper motive. Neither action nor emotion were completely transmitted to the audience. The desperate rage were forcibly pinned to the character with scenes that had no relevance like making her eat everything that the flight menu could offer... 6. The star of the show was indeed MANOJ PAHWA. Bollywood is lucky to have talents like him who never fail to impress the audience. He only could establish a proper connection with us. 7. Incorrigible and irrelevant placement of songs in the movie dissipates the already meek and transient impressions that certain scenes somehow manage create on the audience with struggle. 8. The story could more be focused on avenging the real culprits of the crisis. This context in the movie remains untouched like many other lose ends 9. The movie also failed to holding up an authentic Mandarin environment. The background artist and every other face you see in the screen space seemed Indian and not Chinese. 10. Dialect was horribly distorted. It seemed that the characters belonged to LaLa Land as their only way of saying Hindi or Mandarin or English was to add La at the end.
