Mark, I am impressed with Diona Reasonover's writing abilities, but a replacement for forensic scientist, she's not. From the get go our family refused her because she's not at all the funky, strange duck that Abby was. Abby also was gorgeous, showed true forensic brilliance based on her real life training. Gibbs will never have the chemistry that Gibbs had with Abby. Never!! Mark, you and your selection team tried, but you failed on this one. Along with the loss of Tony and Abby, your rope is getting shorter. Bishop was a good choice after losing Ziva, but your swinging door entries of other agents has not made the grade. Ducky will always been wanted, and Palmer is such a good combo with Ducky. Once Ducky leaves, NCIS will be on oxygen. NCIS LA has surpassed the original NCIS. NCIS New Orleans is an excellent show, but can't hold a candle to LA. It may be time to cut your losses and let Tim, Bishop and Palmer to move locations and let Ducky leave when NCIS has its swan song. You done good Mark Harmon, but you've gotten older and you need to let your actors shine more after your fans get over your leaving.
