Bertie Higgins album is one of my favorites. He became poplar with a couple trendy songs but the power of his raw look at the waterfront life through the eyes of the layman always hit home with me. I grew up in Florida in the 60's and other than the Great Jimmy Buffet Bertie was the only one singing this type of music. If you're out there Bertie, thank you.
