Watched this film 20th Sept 2023. Very dark and gloomy. Didn't follow, in my opinion to the Agatha Christie's book. The setting was in Venice which just did not work for me.There were frightening and disturbing scenes with gory murders and lots of rats. The egg joke that Branaugh puts in all the Poirot films is getting a bit tired and not funny as is the moustache which has a starring role of its own. So many missed oportunities. Could have been much better.
