this is by far the best anime i've ever watched in my life. it gets confusing at first but it's fun to make up theories and put the pieces of the puzzle together. it's really worth watching season 1 so you can understand season 2. the story is really complex and thought-provoking. i did enjoy the gore. i don't trust any anime fanatics that haven't watched this anime. people who gave it bad reviews either didn't watch season 2, or have a low IQ because they can't understand the complexity of the anime.
