Yes I called and asked American home shield to send out somebody for my iron filter and they sent out neese and so neese came out and they went back in the shed and they left so I called and I said did you change my iron filter they said no we changef the clockI said what clock there’s no clock out there or the clock on your water softener I said that water softeners been obsolete for 10 years I haven’t used it in 10 years there’s no salt on it so what good does the clock you were supposed to come out to fix the iron filter .they said well what does an iron filter look like so I said well it’s a it’s filters out iron they said what color is it I said well I would expect it looks like rust because it’s to filter out iron so he didn’t know what to look for he didn’t know what it was nothing this is what American home shield sent me so I canceled American home shield it took me four days to get them to cancel I had to keep repeating the same thing over and over and over again /they refused to reimburse me for the hundred dollars it cost me to have them send somebody out they just flatly refused . FaceTime Bro will reimburse you $29 for the $75 you paid for the month. . If you look check google American home shield is not at the top of the list
