It’s a classic, beautiful film. The scene with Brendan Gleeson in the confessional box with the priest asking him “how’s the despair?” and Brendan Gleeson answering , “it’s back” just got me. All the Irish ways were brilliant too, the woman in the shop wanting news from everyone coming in ! Couldn’t have been done without all the brilliant Irish actors and Martin McDonagh knowing exactly what is is to be Irish, in every subtle way
