I loved this book! Jeannie Rogers- Whitworth is a superb author! She tells her story of being a teenager in the 1960s and her journey to the Woodstock festival in Bethel, N.Y. in August, 1969. Colourful, humorous, exciting, and deeply moving are all words I’d describe about Jeannie’s journey. She is very frank and honest about her lifestyle. Not only does she speak of her Woodstock experience but also her life before, and after. Sharing this experience is keeping an important part of history alive. I highly recommend reading this book!
