Brandon Lemmer

Im a big fan of the depiction of Napoleon, Josephine (and their romance), The French people, and almost all the roles in the movie. The movie looks solid, though I feel they could have done some better shots throught. The music was incredible for the vibe. My biggest gripe with the movie is the liberties in the historical details. It felt way too exaggerated. I feel like the movie could have developed more before and after if it were longer, but I get theres complications with releasing a 4 hour one immediately. I hope they release a directors cut, i think it would be amazing then. Great character study, bad historical retelling.
