I wanted to love this show. I love the idea of Tuscan food! However, I don't like that the show expects these chefs to make a delicious meal in the shortest amount of time. It's shameful! Most Italian nonnas spend hours cooking a wonderful meal. Much Italian food takes longer to prepare. So right there the quality isn't going to be up to Italian standards. Also, I don't like that the team members vote out one of their own. The hosts should be critiquing the chefs and they should decide who goes home. I wanted to like this show but while watching it I get very stressed out. These chefs deserve more time to develop their meals. Italian food is not fast food!

How many costume changes does Eva have in one episode? More than six! And the outfits she wears are not appropriate to where she is. She wore a white outfit out on a ranch! This program is more about her than Mexico. Bring Tucci and Italy back!
