Took both my kids today for an hour and noticed at the end that their shorts were shredded to bits. Spoke to staff and apparently this is quite common and can happen. No other help given. No warning signs, it’s from the ninja run up slope. Leaving with the kids pants on show and very disappointed. Wear old clothes and learn fro more expensive mistake.
