I don’t get people complaining about the lack of monsters. How can one rate a show as 1 or 2 stars after just 3 or 4 episodes. Is the attention span of the audience today so poor that no one wants to see the plot and the characters develop in parallel? The show’s name is ‘legacy’ of the monsters that lead to foundation of Monarch, but everyone just wants to see a Godzilla thrashing a bunch of buildings in a city with puny humans running about in the CGI fest. The show is supposed to be about Monarch! How can you build a legacy without an origin story? This show covers exactly that. Yes the character development goes a little too deep sometimes but still, the show is worth giving a watch. If you set your expectations right and logical you are going to enjoy watching this show for what it is. You get enough action and enough cliffhangers to keep you engaged throughout. You will get to see monsters, unlike the overstimulating and numb entrances of the monsters in Godzilla, the appearances here will have more build up to them.
