Going from strength to strength with the MI film's. Am a life long bond fan but MI is quickly overtaking that franchise. Cruise is one mad b***Ard with the stunts he pulls. Can see why some opinions were split on this one. A quality film that delivers plenty but leaves you knowing there's much more to come. I think part 1 & 2 watched back to back will make for a great day on the sofa (or cinema if they re-screen part 1)

My indy review is in......pains me to write this as a big indy fan but... Not one I'll be adding to the dvd collection. 4.5/10 from me. * Really poor lighting in the opening 10-15 mins sequence, presumably a lazy trick to get away with maintaining the the quality of the de-ageing. * Also, just generally seemed an unhappy indy. Interesting I suppose to see a bit more range from a character, just not what I was looking for personally * This being billed as his last hoorah, the very end scene before credits seemed a bit too cheesy * I think he cracks the whip just once in the present day scenes
