As someone who has read the book and also someone who has watched the movie, I am NOT disappointed. Yes, some readers might disagree. Definitely. Everyone is entitled to their opinions but we'll all agree on one thing, that is you can never adapt the whole plot of a book into a live action. Some points will be missed, some changes will be made & some scenes will be incorporated so beautifully you'll forget the rest. I particularly enjoyed how the majority of the focus was more on developing the characters of Alex and Henry than bringing unnecessary conflicts into the scene. It was simply wonderful. You live through the words in a book and you live through someone's vision in a movie. And whatever they did with this movie was just beautiful and I absolutely loved it. I'll definitely rewatch. Beautiful chemistry, the love making scene brought tears to my eyes, the acting was on point, hilarious dialogues. Oh!!the double meaning jokes and the direction was fire. Thank you to the entire team for making 'Red, White & Royal Blue' with so much love. I am very happy!! Hope everyone loves and enjoys it as much as I did❤.
