I bought Madden 24 for the PlayStation 5. The game causes my PlayStation to crash anytime game is being played. I wiped the PlayStation and redownloaded the game. The problem persisted. I called PlayStation for a refund for a game that doesn’t work. I was told they cannot refund it, because I downloaded the game. How would I of known the game didn’t work if I didn’t download it? I now own a $70 game that I can’t play. Pro tip if you are considering buying it. Don’t.
