As a die-hard Adult Fan Of LEGO, I was disappointed with this highly touted show. The format was that of all those frantic cooking competitions, which I loathe. Very, very little camera time was devoted to the construction techniques and details of the builds. I would much prefer to see a LEGO show where I can actually learn something. The only way to really appreciate any build detail in the LEGO Masters show is to freeze-frame some of the fleeting camera shots of builds on the DVR after fast forwarding past all the running around, open-mouthed reactions, and lengthy profile segments of a lot of really geeky contestants.
