Better than any Evidence textbooks out there.
Reasons:
1. Universities nowadays ask students to right clearly and succinctly. However,, textbooks are often verbose, unclear and convoluted themselves. When students read convoluted info how is that inducing them to right well? XD
This book is written so well and organised that Evidence is no longer a challenging subject.
2. Great practise questions to get students to think and use the law and cases, answers provided. Most of the other textbooks don’t have this :( If students don’t have good practise questions and can’t check their responses... how can they learn and practise the law well?
3. The layout and contents pages are clear, beautiful to read and digest!
4. Wish all Evidence law students found this earlier and ditch the other textbooks that can’t explain/teach well.
This book is a must have!!
