If you like classic old west TV shows with a good guy taking out the bad guys theme, this one works well. This is not a great or bad series in my opinion. It is very watchable or suits well played in the background like a radio show. Seriously, I would never run to this one as a first option. However, I do not often like these types of shows so it speaks well to the fact that I am actually watching and plan to watch the entire series. I am very interested to see the cast changes in season 3. And THAT may be one of the most intriguing things about this series to me. It evolves or morphs. Every season seems to be a rethink of casting and small change on perspective. It is more like seeing into the time or the setting is the main focus; seeing how the people there play out these daily dramas rather than ever being so focused on a regular cast to become reliant upon. One thing to note.. it brings up some issues which, to this day, are not resolved in California or America in general. It is interesting... Not perfect.
