I'm disappointed with the show this year. Too many negatives: reduced schedule; too many garden visits; accent very much on vegetables and not enough on the flower & shrub border. The real plus for the show is Chris Beardshaw but his appearances are very restricted this year. The earlier comment by someone about him not being Scottish is just a racist comment. Judge the man on his merits as a gardener, not his nationality.
