If you leave aside Valmiki Ramayana story, you can enjoy the movie as a standalone film. Good music, photography, VFX, acting, action sequences etc. Like bahubali they made stand out episodes. Moral of the story.. good wins over evil and to respect women is a good example to the society. Just go and watch for yourself . You will understand. People expected it in the lines of ramanand sagar ramayan. Can anyone see that serial on big screen with gen Z in today's times? It is a good way to reach the Ramayan to young people telling the story to suit their tastes. Appearances and some dialogues may be ignored as they are part of antagonist group.
