Honestly, I enjoyed it. Definitely different than the original but at the end of the day, it's about a family coming together. It also shows that regardless of money or status, you have to have your head on straight to earn proper respect. I thought the acting was well done. I think the writers and producers have done a great job drawing the viewers in and experiencing along with the characters. I intend to keep watching.
