The movie is a touch slow which is how one eats a pie. Savor every silky clip of cinematography from the shadows on the street to the reflective gleams. You think maybe the plot is a bit slow but predictably you don’t push it away. You nibble away at it. The cast is a sweet cream of actors who draw you into the characters and you find care enough to want to lick the plate.
