I think every single person who was in on the hit should go down! When the drug addict took the money for the hit, the cops wouldnt know if he was going to do the hit, it dosent matter. If he was observed taking the money that's an automatic arrest! The other low life freak that egged him on & took his zoo should be in prison as well!!! Joe's a freak yes, but they were ALL IN ON IT!!!!
