I appreciated this movie. Whilst there are moments that are some what “generic” excuses for a lot of the racial issues we have today, it sums up the complexity of a greater issue eloquently. I also appreciated the perspective of the officers. I’m a black woman, I understand how it feels to be black (although the movie goes even deeper than that)... but This movie allows empathy and understanding of all sides; which even gave me an “ah ha” moment if you will. Hopefully we all can movie forward.
