Michael Bay at his best. Normally I don’t love car chase movies (snooze fest) BUT the ever accelerating pace, the witty, pithy & bloody funny dialogue delivered in times of crisis (which is all the time!) adds to the genius of the way this is shot & edited into an art form & delivers A MUST SEE movie. Finally the cast with stellar acting performances by all involved is spectacular, as well as easy on the eyes. It doesn’t hurt that Jake Gyllenhaal is spontaneous-combustion, smoking hot with a character although a smidge sociopathic is sympathetic enough to want to watch like a guilty pleasure! He nails this performance as does the rest of the cast with their characters. The sheer brilliance of star power delivers a must see movie from a chick that doesn’t love car chases, but loves this film. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
