Kissimmee Utility Authority was awesome ln my area of Kissimmee along Pleasant Hill Road. We never lost service at all. From beginning to end during Hurricane Milton. Whatever repairs were done in the past truly paid off significantly. Their employees are truly dedicated to serving residents of Kissimmee. Customer service is always there to help. Linemen are the best in the state. Overall, you've got the best utility company in the state and some of you don't even know it. Be grateful.
