I am a little thrown by the bad reviews of Mulan. I thought the movie embodied grace. I loved the central theme of the movie and was glad that there were not any songs. Yes, the cartoon version was cartoonish. But the live-action version embodied so much more. Valour, Loyalty & Truthfulness were the themes of the movie. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie and I feel that many movies of yesterday had bad acting by were not nearly as criticized. This IS A GREAT MOVIE! And I will watch it many more times.
