To the reviewer who read 1Q84, Kafka on the Shore, and The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle (in that order), the brilliance you identify in Murakami's writing is borne precisely of how he navigates the postmodern condition. You don't even have to believe *me*, you can just google it. You enjoy postmodernist literature. There are worse things in life.
