I have NEVER received emails informing me of my subscription or ongoing plan and foolishly just relied I have been paying money for the past 2 years. I find this behaviour scam worthy. Beware of joining !!! I'm positive I cancelled my subscription ages ago which is why I'd completely forgotten about it. No communication from them for past 2 years. I am waiting for email confirmation of my cancellation AGAIN and have not yet recieved. BEWARE, Do not recommend. I'm looking into ways to report this behaviour
