Ann Thompson

A friend lent me this book and raved about it, saying that she couldn't put it down. I was looking forward to reading it it is the subject matter interested me. I have to say I'm disappointed. I found the book rather tedious and repetitive and the writing style was a little bit "Girls Own". I found myself getting ground down by the author's constant whinging and self-pitying attitude. I just got sick of reading that she was "hot, cold, wet, exhausted". Her lack of organisation was just irritating.
