The content is in it's simplest form. The writing techniques used are raw and fabricated almost to nothing. The typical life of korean families can be clearly touched through the reading. Yet the writer brought it out in the most exquisite way. The characters described in story seem like any other ordinary people but the way the story was directed, made them the most inordinate. Yunjae, the lead character, isn't supposed to be like what he made the audience feel. But he made every reader feel what's about him. The story runs over a quietly rebellious life. Where it feels like suffering too, in its own self, is so asthetic. Every reader must have felt like suffering like this. It seems the most beautiful way to suffer.
I have already read the book twice and still I'm counting. One of my favorite books.
