Ignore the review ratings! I went to watch it with very low expectations. I left the movie pleasantly surprised on how good it really is. There are no new plots in movies and UW delivers a feel or mix of a lot of movies (alien, abyss, the thing, pitch black, cloverfield etc). They get quite a few things right. They get some things wrong. The movie doesnt waste time with character development or backstory. The If you're a fan of any scifi mixed with thrill/suspense and want a fun movie I recommend it. Shout out to the guy that played the captain! Dont know his name but he rocked that character. He played as the antagonist in Brother of the Wolf! KS' acting is ok. TJ was great. And whoever designed and built the diving suits did an excellent job.
