What a waste of talent. Poor dialogue and narrative

Time pass movie. Could have been much better if story and screenplay were given more importance than forcefully accommodating the mass appeal of protagonist. Lot of good talent in terms of comic and negetive characters were barely utlized to enhance the quality but were subdued to accommodate celebrity status of protagonist.
