They still know how to keep current, and by introducing two new characters we have new rookies who can learn things, and thus act as exposition targets so WE can learn things. I have noticed that some of the actors aren't around as much, but overall they know what is on topic right now and they're definitely finding their feet gracefully. We look forward to the second half of the season.
EDIT: With the second half of the season come and gone, we found that they really ramped things up. making good use of their new characters while also still incorporating the old. One thing Leverage always did well was shifting the focus so that every character got episodes where they stood out more while the group still worked as a team, and they've done that here. I am curious to see what the second season holds, as we already know it will probably include another new character to keep things fresh.
