Ill-researched, inaccurate portrayal of the situations. When real directors make a movie, and real actors act a role, they first study the character(s) they are portraying, research about the situation they are gonna make a movie about. They try to make it as close to reality as possible.
But can it really be expected from Karan Johar, of all people? Who thinks extravagant set, excessive lighting & a few of his friends and star-kids are all that’s required to make a movie. Unduly negative portrayal of IAF comes secondarily. These self-obsessed buffoons couldn’t even manage to get the uniform or the salute or the body-language right.
And Jahnvi Kapoor- (whose expenditure on her PR showing her going in or out of her gym must be more than her earnings from movies-) is a bad actor, and a very unfortunate choice for this role. She never appears confident enough to be a real officer.
Epic fail!
