Technically speaking, it’s a good movie. Otherwise, there is nothing particularly original or interesting. The whole idea of women being superior and men being inferior, which may be interesting to some. The plot doesn’t make any sense. Particularly at the end it gets very serious and philosophical about the role of Barbie in the world and about the meaning of life, and being alive, and not being a doll. It is a very successful movie, so I guess people really enjoyed it. Where I went to see it the audience was 98% female.
