Bosch - 5 stars Goliath -5 stars This series ain’t that. No doubt it’s entertaining but hardly a 5 star series. There’s a lot of action but the conspiracy itself is silly and wholly implausible. It’s aggravating when a well financed production doesn’t first nail down the story. Throughout, the characters do almost nothing that makes any sense. And almost every man in the cast is a reminder that plastic surgery for men has yet to be perfected. I took note that Alan Arkin directed a few episodes. I’m sure this talented director had to be shaking his head over what he had to work with.
