My opinion is this is the BEST book you will EVER read! Even if you are the most mentally well balanced person in the world, which I totally am not, you would get something out of this book. I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested to read any part of this and you will find it,at the very least, interesting and at the most, captivating! Two thumbs up!
