Love the show and adore the core design team - Nick, Paige, Erik & Adair - and what they do for each family. It's a good show that makes your heart feel warm. However, Nicole (the host/team lead - who isn't even part of the planning) is not the right person for the show. She makes the show unwatchable. She is is terribly extra/loud, complains constantly, provides no real value, and not even a good host. Please replace her for season 2 and provide a more realist 24 hour timeline so things can be done properly and more stories can be told of each family and the why so we, the viewers, can be more invested.
