I really wanted to like this film. I tried 3X to watch it. The best parts are with Andrew's parents for sure and the Attorney, I forget her name, Jacqueline maybe? The other people's input was messed up by editing. The 3rd time I managed to get halfway through beefore I became irritated. Success. I had to stop & finish it later. I'm sad that I do not like it at all. The narrator to me is ANNOYING. I don't like his cadence, or anything about his voice. I don't like his style of speaking or his style of putting this together. All of this makes it grating to watch or hear. His style is clunky, embarrassing, silly, nonsensical. There was a portion where he RUSHED through a segment perhaps to mimic a feeling? He DID it more than once, but there was one time where it was extreme. The other times it wasn't as extreme, it's difficult to explain. There was is quirky music in some parts. Why?! There's one part where the grandparents visit the baby. And you hear his I guess editing voice, "...that was perfect, play it again." It was just so stupid. They played the pictures again. As if making fun of them. Ugh. Yuk. I began to wonder if he liked Andrew at all. I suspect he tried to mimic 1980s TV shows? It makes me believe he himself is unlikeable and can't masquerade it, consequently I couldn't focus on THE subjects of this film which is very unfortunate. I was GRATEFUL for the parts where he doesn't speak at all which was too infrequent.
