If you want to understand better the struggle of living as a black person in America 🇺🇸, this film is for you. I often wonder if white people have noticed that they may be overlooking the effects of slavery as it pertains to murder, poverty, terrorism, bigotry, systemic racism, implicit bias, oppression, inequality and injustuce. The biggest most heinous atrocity committed by one government over a portion of its people was slavery. The enslavement of African, tribal people from a far-away land that suffered illnesses, mental health trauma, stress, starvation and oppression to the hands of a foreign nation that sold them and their family members as property to the highest bidder the forever work for free in a foreign land for foreign people that beat them, terrorized them and traumatized them seemingly for no apparent reason other than the color of their skin. It seems incredible for such evil to continually dwell in the hearts of men. To hate and fear 😨 just because of difference nad deference. It is sad that we still have to fear each other because of our differences instead of embracing them
