Watched DrWho since I was knee high to a Grasshopper. I am not an opponent of change but rather change for change's sake.
The over abundance of companions seem a box ticking exercise to show the BBC is appealing and representing all demographics.
The over "earth-centric" episodes allow the PC warriors to bang their drums hard and long. The series seems more like "Horrible Histories" something's perhaps a better title would be "Horrible Present"
No problem with a female Doctor.
The series seems to try to appeal to adults more than children.
So the one change I would ask for? Well two actually 1. Stop rotating the super villians so often ie
the Cybermen and Daleks. (I expect some geek to tell me exactly who many episodes it has been seen we saw the Daleks) 2 Set more episodes off earth.
My top three doctors?
1. David Tennant
2. Tom Baker
3. John Pertwee
