The attitude towards rental tenants in this country is appalling. This show encourages this attitude. Each show I hear comments such as "it's too nice to rent out", "That (50 year old) bathroom/kitchen is fine to leave IF you are renting it out", "no need to replace the stained thread bare carpet as it'll just get more worn by tenants". Blimey! Clearly many landlords think tenants don't deserve a decent standard of living despite paying extortionate rents. This show really encourages that negative attitude. I find this show totally demoralising.
