Possibly good idea, but ruined by lack of creativity and diligance. Movie has not bad acting, action is quiet surprising and entertaining, but the story and style are feeling like smth taken from 00's middle-budget picture. Cliches are making watching extremely boring after first 20 mins, some misses in logic (when events are happening with absolutely no reason) also ruined my attempts to take "Red Notice" seriously. Good jokes or music score could have save the movie, but I didn't notice both of them. Image of different nations and countries are too stereotypical and even somewhat offensive "Red Notice" could be your choice, if you're already out of better movies, or if you just want to watch smth with the Rock, otherwise it feels more like wasting two hours of life
