It is a very depressing movie. Has no plot. Everyone looses, dead bodies, dead animals, with at the end has no end, just a bunch of people drinking at the only pub. Everyone seems to be just above the retard level. Dark comedy, tragedy, where is the twist, sister was the only sane person who leaves the island, brother left alone without the mentality to climb out of the sea of morass.
